Angajurqarijaujunik Ikajurti (Parent and Family Guide)

The Family Guidance Service helps Inuit families understand the child and family services process, prepare for important decisions, and connect with the supports they need. Whether families are involved with the current youth protection system or future Inuit-led services, the Family Navigator helps ensure they understand the process, know their rights and responsibilities, and have the information they need to make informed decisions.

The service is built on respect, trust and collaboration, helping families face the system and participate meaningfully in decisions that affect their children.
